Preparation of students for the प्रान्तीयशास्त्रीयस्पर्धा organised by local institutions and राष्ट्रियशास्त्रीयस्पर्धा organised by Central Sanskrit University, Delhi.
The 61st राष्ट्रियशास्त्रीयस्पर्धा will be held at Ayodhya in Feb/March 2024. SSF will train around 10 students in 9 different topics for this competition.
Students of SSF achieved success on debut at the 60th राष्ट्रियशास्त्रीयस्पर्धा and प्रान्तीयशास्त्रीयस्पर्धा.
The idea behind preparing students to participate in this competition is
- Spark an interest in them to take up a career in Sanskrit language studies
- Inculcate qualities of patience, discipline, dedication, hard work when they prepare for these competitions
- Motivate children and youngers to learn advanced Sanskrit by encouragement received through participation
- Improve the participation and performance of Maharashtra state in this competition
